  30. Short description : Comprehensive archive conversion from any type to
  31.                     any other type

  33. Description       : MTA can be used both by normal users and Sysop's  to
  34.                     convert  any  archive  format  to  any other archive
  35.                     format.  Included  is  support  for ARC, PAK, PKware
  36.                     PKPAK, PKWare ZIP, ZOO,  DWC, MD, LHarc, LArc,  ARJ,
  37.                     HYPER and any alien  compressor by means of  a user-
  38.                     interface. Also  conversion (test)  of GIF  and JPEG
  39.                     files is included.

  41.                     Many  features  (AV'd  files,  encryption,   special
  42.                     diskette conversion,  unattended conversion  on BBS,
  43.                     can   be   run   inside   event,   timed  execution,
  44.                     disk-space  checks,  configurable  log-style  and so
  45.                     on).  Also  a  number  of  available  exits  in  the
  46.                     conversion  phase,  so  users  can do special things
  47.                     (CRC, checking,  adding, deleting,  make SFX)  while
  48.                     converting nor- mal files.

  51.                     and has enhanced support for UC2r2 and new support
  52.                     for RAR.
